During our stay at Mandarin Palace Hotel & Spa, we were amazed by the exceptional attention to detail and personalized service. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like royalty, going above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. the presidential suite we stayed in was a true gem-spacious, elegantly designed, with a stunning bathroom that exuded luxury. the views from the balcony were simply breathtaking, allowing us to witness epic sunsets over the coastline right from our bed. the hotel's strategic location close to the beach and marina made exploring the town a breeze, with key sites just a short taxi ride away. the rooftop terrace was a delightful spot to unwind in the evenings, while the room service food was both delicious and convenient. Special mention must be made of Elyes, the dynamic waiter who made our breakfast experience truly memorable, and to Omar, Mahdi, Ilyas. Mandarin Palace exceeded our high expectations in every way possible, providing a harmonious blend of comfort, luxury, and top-notch service.
